Are you also the type that will pass on the good, bad or neutral experience for others to research and discover?
Not only is it easier to find out about customer experiences, it too is a lot faster and in the comforts of our own home, on a computer or within our own hands, with a mobile phone.
I think it is important to hear third-party thoughts on what they think or feel about a service as much as I do hearing it from friends and family members.
